Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive specializing in Social Media Marketing to join our IT service-based company. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive lead generation for our IT services. Your expertise in social media platforms, content creation, and data analysis will be instrumental in strengthening our brand visibility and achieving our digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan aligned with our company’s objectives and target audience.
  • Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently, ensuring it aligns with the content calendar and marketing campaigns.
  1. Audience Engagement and Community Management:
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages from users, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers and prospects, building a positive and engaged community around our brand.
  • Identify trends and user feedback to provide insights to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
  1. Paid Social Media Advertising:
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and generate leads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ads to achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI).
  1. Social Media Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, audience insights, and campaign results to inform decision-making.
  1. Collaboration and Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, graphic designers, and copywriters to develop compelling and on-brand social media content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and social media platform updates to enhance strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing in the IT industry or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for each platform.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
