Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to join our IT service-based company. As a Digital Marketing Executive specializing in SEM, you will play a pivotal role in driving online visibility, website traffic, and lead generation through strategic pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts. Your proficiency in keyword research, data analysis, and campaign optimization will be instrumental in enhancing our digital marketing performance and promoting our IT services to the target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Search Engine Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads for our IT services.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords that align with our business goals and target audience.
  1. Pay-Per-Click Campaign Management:
  • Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant search engine advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly, adjust bids, and optimize ad copy and landing pages to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Implement A/B testing to refine ad messaging and improve campaign performance.
  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Collaborate with the content and web development teams to optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
  • Conduct on-page SEO activities, including meta tags, headings, and keyword optimization to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor website performance, analyze SEO data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on SEM performance, traffic patterns, conversion rates, and other KPIs for management review.
  1. Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
  • Analyze competitors’ SEM strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the IT services market.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Coordinate with the marketing team, graphic designers, and content creators to align SEM strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate SEM strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (PPC) in the IT industry or related sectors.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and other search engine advertising platforms, with a track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices to improve organic search visibility.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
