Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our IT service-based company. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets to propel our company’s success in the competitive IT services market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for our IT services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish meaningful connections with them.
  1. Sales and Client Relationship Management:
  • Understand clients’ business needs and pain points, and tailor IT service solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing customer retention.
  1. Collaborative Strategy:
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from the market to improve service offerings and competitiveness.
  1. Competitive Analysis:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the IT services market.
  • Analyze competitors’ offerings and pricing strategies to position our services competitively.
  1. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions, including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to clients.
  • Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, along with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities effectively.
